The Chronicles of Narnia

The Magician's Nephew- This I would have to say is the most boring of the series. It does, however, give you background information that is referred to in the other books in the series. (ex. lantern's waste, the white witch, the professor)

The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe- This one is awesome. Very interesting and is the first time that Peter, Susan, Edmund, and Lucy get to Narnia. They meet a lot of interesting characters and defeat the white which and become kings and queens of Narnia with the blessing of Aslan.

The Boy and His Horse- Extremely good and takes place during the age when Peter, Susan, Edmund and Lucy are ruling over Narnia. Its about a boy who was a slave but runs away with a talking horse and tries to get his way back to Narnia. After many difficulties, meeting a few friends, and a few surprises they make it to Archenland and Narnia. The ending in my opinion is really good and i would tell you only i don't want to spoil it.

Prince Caspian- Peter, Susan, Lucy, and Edmund return to Narmia hundreds of years after their reign. They help the current King of Narnia, Caspian, reclaim is rightful thrown from his Uncle Miraz. This is the last time that Peter and Susan return to Narnia.

The Voyage of the Dawn Treader- In this book Edmund and Lucy come back to Narnia and bring their annoying cousin Eustace along with them. They sail to the end of the world with Caspian, his crew, and a noble mouse named Reepicheep. They try to find the seven men who went on the journey east (i think or it might have been west sry my memory has failed me) during Caspian's Uncle's reign. They find the men on different islands as they sail. On one Eustace even becomes a Dragon and from that point on becomes nice and kind instead of annoying. Eventually they come to the end of the world where Aslan's country is. Here only Reepicheep is allowed to go on into Aslan's country. Caspian and his crew turn back and Edmund, Lucy, and Eustace go back to their own world. This is the last time Edmund and Lucy are allowed into Narnia.

The Sliver Chair- In this Eustace and his friend Jill Pole come to Narnia in order to save Caspian's Son, Prince Rillian. Accompanied by a Marsh Wiggle named Puddleglum the set out on their journey. On there way the meet giants, harsh landscapes, and bitter wind and weather. They oversee many clues that Aslan gave them but eventually they finally find the Prince, who was inface put under a spell by a witch. The trio break the spell and Prince Rillian is reunited with his father, although Eustace never actually gets to meet his old friend Caspian who he met in The Voyage of the Dawn Treader.

The Last Battle- In this an Ape fools the animals of Narnia by saying that Aslan has returned to Narnia and was telling them to do stupid things that, of course, Aslan would never do. The current Kind, his unicoren, Jill Pole, Eustace, Puzzle, and one dwarf fight off the Ape and the Telmarinian that he has recruted. Here the real Aslan returns and Narnia ends. Everyone is taken to Aslan's Country, including Edmund, Lucy, Peter, Polly, and Digory (not Susan because she stops believing in Narnia) who have actually died in their own world. They find out that Aslan's Country is Narnia and all worlds except bigger and better. And with this story ends The Chronicles of Narnia.
